Parcel Sort Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Parcel Sort handles information when you play the game, use optional Cloud Save, view rewarded ads, or contact support. Parcel Sort can be played without creating an account.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress and preferences locally, including your current and unlocked levels, coins, stars, best times and moves, music and sound settings, and parcel-symbol preference. This information remains on your device unless you enable Cloud Save, uninstall the game, clear app data, or use Android backup and restore.
Optional account and Cloud Save
If you create or use a Cloud Save account, Google Firebase Authentication processes your email address and authentication credentials. MyLab Entertainment does not receive or store your password. Firebase provides the game with a user identifier.
Cloud Save stores progress linked to that identifier. It can include your email address, current and highest unlocked level, coins, stars, best times and moves, audio settings, parcel-symbol preference, save version, synchronization reason, and save timestamps. We use this data to create, secure, synchronize, restore, and troubleshoot your saved progress across compatible devices. A half-completed puzzle board is not synchronized.
Rewarded ads and privacy choices
Parcel Sort uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. The game requests consent information at launch and displays privacy choices when required. AdMob and its advertising partners may process device and app information, IP address, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, consent signals, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising. The exact processing depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the ad served.
You do not have to watch a rewarded ad to start or continue playing ordinary levels. A reward is granted only after Google reports that the selected ad reward was earned. Development builds use Google test ads; the published build uses Parcel Sort's production rewarded-ad unit.
Why information is used
- Provide gameplay, settings, progress, and optional cross-device Cloud Save.
- Authenticate accounts, protect saves, and respond to support or deletion requests.
- Offer user-initiated rewarded ads, record rewards, manage consent, and prevent advertising fraud.
- Maintain security, comply with law, and diagnose service failures.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Google services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google AdMob, and the User Messaging Platform. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell Cloud Save account information.

Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you uninstall Parcel Sort, clear its app data, or it is removed by Android. Cloud progress remains while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your Firebase account and cloud progress inside the game through Settings → Account & Cloud Save → Delete account and cloud data.
If you cannot access the game, follow the account-deletion instructions. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You may play as a guest, decline optional account creation, change music and sound settings, use the in-game privacy-choices entry point when available, reset an advertising identifier through Android settings, or avoid rewarded ads. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.
Children
Parcel Sort is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create a Cloud Save account if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in your country. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's information.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated per-user Cloud Firestore rules. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Google services may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when game features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised for material updates.
