Delete your Parcel Sort account

Delete inside the game

  1. Open Parcel Sort.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Account & Cloud Save.
  4. Select Delete account and cloud data.
  5. Enter your password and confirm deletion.

This permanently deletes the Firebase Authentication account and cloud-saved progress linked to it. Progress stored only on the device remains until the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the game, email us from the address registered to your Parcel Sort account using the subject Parcel Sort account deletion.

We verify email requests to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion and normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy.
